This hotel provided us with exclusive amenities and services that met our luxurious needs. the Spa & wellness centre was exceptional, providing us with the ultimate relaxation experience. the swimming pool was also a highlight, as it was clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing swim.
Although this hotel had an overall excellent experience, one minor issue was the location. It was not in the most convenient area, and we had trouble finding it at first.

This hotel's close to tourist places like carrefour market. Pastarito Pizzarito, where you can eat, is an easy walk to the venue. Free WiFi was working perfectly: D

The breakfast options were limited in variety and quantity.

Had a decent stay with good amenities and a central location. the buffet was quite satisfactory, and they offered shuttle services to nearby places. the pool area was well, maintained and had a lifeguard on duty at all times. the staff was helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
The location of the hotel was quite complicated to find, and there were many construction sites and traffic jams in the area. the check, in process was slow and inefficient, leading to a long wait time.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious with good views. Room service meals were excellent. The nearby grocery shop was convenient. The hotel facilities like the gym and pool were enjoyable. The location was great, close to downtown and a short distance from Dubai Mall.
Nothing that we didn't like.

The staff was polite and welcoming. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. The hotel was located close to a popular shopping center and was easily accessible by car.
The swimming pool was way too small, and the toiletries provided were of poor quality. The window in the room was dirty and seemed like it had not been cleaned for a long time.
